Returns Policy
Ominex® O4 return policy is as follows:
Section A.
All Customer Returns come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For full results we suggest you try the O4 products for a period of 30 days. If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portions for a full refund with the outlined stipulations:
- Refunds are only applicable to customers who purchased O4 product within the o4live.com website and are a Direct Customer of Ominex® O4. Products purchased directly through an IMR or other means, are not the direct responsibility of Ominex®.
- Customers have 60 days from the original purchase date to contact the O4 Customer Support and get a Return Authorization number. No Return Authorization Numbers will be issued after 60 days of original purchase date.
- Refunds will not be processed for any package returned without a Return Authorization Number.
- All returns must be issued in accordance with Section B of the Ominex® O4 Returns Policy.
- Customers and or IMR’s caught abusing the Ominex® O4 Returns Policy may be subjected to commission holds and account cancelation.
- Opened and Empty bottle refunds are only applicable to Direct Customers.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges incurred for the original purchase.
- Allow up to 30 days for all refunds to process.
IMR’s are allowed to return their O4 products for a refund with the outlined stipulations:
- All wholesale orders will undertake a 30% restocking fee on returns are applied. This will be limited to a maximum of $480 within the lifetime of the IMR.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges occurred for the original purchase.
- You have 30 days to contact O4 customer support for a Return Authorization Number. No Return Authorization Numbers will be issued after 30 days of original purchase date.
- Refunds will not be processed for any package returned without a Return Authorization Number.
- All returns must be issued in accordance with Section B of the Ominex O4 Returns Policy.
- IMR’s caught abusing the Ominex® O4 Returns Policy may be subjected to commission holds and account cancelation.
- Returns are only good on unused bottles of O4 product.
- Allow up to 30 days for all refunds to process.
Section B
To return a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service Department. A customer service representative will then issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you are shipping back to Ominex and include the unused portion (or used portion if you’re a customer) of your product to:

Section C
Exchanges
Enchanges by an IMR can be made with the following stipulations:
- An IMR can exchange a bottle for a new bottle if he sold it to an outside customer who is dissatisfied with the product. No refunds will be given.
- Exchanges must be made in the same way a refund is, by acquiring a Return Authorization number for O4 customer support.
- Exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchased date.
- IMR’s caught abusing the Ominex O4 Returns Policy may be subjected to commission holds and account cancelation.
